How do I reserve the facility?
To reserve the facility, we need a signed contract and the $125.00 security deposit.
Is there a security deposit and if so, how much is it?
There is a non-refundable security deposit of $125.00 used to secure your event date for the Clubhouse. It will be credited towards the balance of the event.
Do we have to use caterers for food and beverages?
The use of licensed caterers and bartenders is recommended, but not required.
What is event insurance and why do I have to have it?
Event insurance protects the interest of the party host and Carolina Dreaming in the event of an accident during your event.
How much does it cost to rent the facility?
Carolina Dreaming has two facilities for rent. The Clubhouse rents at $1,000.00 per day or $100.00 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum rental Friday through Sunday. The Ballroom is currently unavailable, but when it's open, it will rent at $2,000.00 per day or $1,000.00 for 6 hours. Rates are discounted Monday thru Thursday for both facilities. Holidays and Holiday Weekend rates apply.
Is the Ballroom available for rental?
The Ballroom is still under construction, and we will not begin booking it for rental until all renovations have been completed.
What is the capacity of the Clubhouse?
The Clubhouse can hold up to 80 people for a banquet style event and up to 125 people for a social.
What is the capacity of the Ballroom?
The Ballroom can hold up to 250 people for a banquet style event and up to 1,000 people for a social.
